PrudentRx Program
The PrudentRx Program helps you save money and reduce your out-of-pocket cost for covered specialty medications. If enrolled in the program, your out-of-pocket cost for specialty medications (on the PrudentRx exclusive specialty drug list) will be $0. PrudentRx works with drug manufacturers to obtain co-pay card assistance if there is a co-pay card program for the prescription. If there is no co-pay card for your prescription, the out-of-pocket cost for your specialty medication will still be $0 if you enroll in the PrudentRx program.

If a PrudentRx representative contacts you, please respond as soon as possible (1-800-578-4403) so that you can take advantage of these cost savings. Otherwise you will be deemed to have opted out of the program and will be responsible for 30% of the cost of the specialty medication.
