  Toolkit for New Hires

Newly hired employees who meet the eligibility requirements and choose to participate in the benefits offered by the RCAB Benefit Trusts have 30 days from their start date to enroll in the Health and Dental plans. Coverage for these plans begins on the 1st of the month following the date of hire. Please check with your local business manager to confirm which benefits are offered at your location.
